Meet the Band:

• Jas: Our charismatic frontwoman, whose superb lead vocals breathe new life into all your favourite classics. Jas is a dedicated mother, wife, and lifelong music enthusiast, who grew up surrounded by the sounds of her professional musician father. Her love for performing, dancing, and singing led her to become the lead singer of The Wright Stuff, where she thrives alongside a talented group of musicians, delivering dynamic and memorable performances.
• Kent: A wizard on both the keyboards and harmony vocals, Kent’s attention to detail is why our cover versions sound so authentic.
• Derek: Laying down the funky bottom end—it’s all about that bass!
  As half of the rhythmic backbone of “The Wright Stuff,” Derek brings his groove to every performance.  He effortlessly adapts to each genre, making every song in “The Wright Stuff’s” diverse repertoire a memorable experience.
  When he’s not on stage, slappin’ da bass, Derek enjoys long walks on short piers, playing the piano and writing. His passion for music, stand-up comedy and live entertainment will leave you smiling as you dance the night away.
• John: Drums are the backbone of any rhythm section, and John is steadfast in delivering the beats.
  I’ve been playing in rock bands since Grade 6, performing at sock hops in high school and sneaking into bars with a friend’s ID. Over the years, I’ve played in various bands, opening for acts like Barstool Prophets, Sloan, Treble Charger, and Lee Aaron. For more than a decade, I’ve been fortunate to play with talented musicians from bands like FOG, The Royals, and The Carltons—some of whom are now part of our new band. Last year, we teamed up with Jas Wright to form The Wright Stuff, bringing timeless music to audiences everywhere.
• Dale: An electric guitar guru, from strumming some modest chords to ripping a fiery solo, he is always spot-on.
